1. The subject of the order is the service in the field of: - preparing draft decisions on development conditions, - preparing draft decisions on determining the location of a public purpose investment for the area of ​​the Ostrów Commune, together with the required annexes to these decisions, in accordance with applicable legal provisions, including the Act of March 27, 2003. on spatial planning and development (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1130, as amended). The order also includes the following activities without the right to additional remuneration: - conducting an analysis, o referred to in Art. 53 section 3 of the Act on Spatial Planning and Development and the analysis referred to in the above-mentioned regulation on the method of determining requirements regarding new development and land development in the absence of a local plan spatial development, - site visits and, if necessary, preparation of photographic documentation covering the area of ​​​​the analysis carried out during the preparation of each draft decision, - attendance at least once a week to collect applications for the determination of development and land development conditions and the delivery of completed draft decisions, - each indication of the authorities responsible for...
