Tender Details

The service of reservation, purchase and delivery of airline tickets for NOSPR includes: 1. The subject of the contract is the permanent provision by the Contractor to the Ordering Party of services in the field of reservation and sale of airline tickets (including tickets of the so-called cheap carriers and group tickets) on routes European and between individual continents. Reservations and electronic tickets must be generated directly from the reservation system (does not apply to tickets for so-called low-cost carriers). 2. Reservation and purchase of airline tickets for foreign passenger transport in accordance with the requests submitted by the Ordering Party orders regarding: routes, dates and air classes, according to the applicable carriers' tariffs, taking into account the most favorable prices, flight time, including multi-stage flights, number of transfers, and cancellation options. 3. If possible, the Contractor will provide the Ordering Party with an online briefing. 4. Presentation to the Ordering Party the most advantageous offers available on the market for the purchase of airline tickets, each time providing information on how postponing the departure date (e.g. departure one day earlier/return one day later) will affect the price change was...
