It seeks to produce a coherent, accessible, and legally rigorous body of law aligned with international standards, including the UNCRPD and the EU Strategy for the Rights of Persons with Disabilities 2021 2030. The outcome will be a consolidated legal text and technical note to support disability rights governance and assist the Ministry of State and relevant bodies in submitting streamlined legislation to Parliament.
