Service of removal and disposal and/or recovery of improperly disposed waste in Samobor The subject of procurement is the removal of improperly disposed waste: •KBO 07 02 13 (waste plastic), KBO 15 01 02 (plastic packaging), KBO 16 01 19 (plastic), KBO 19 12 04 (plastic and rubber), KBO 20 01 39 (plastic) and its disposal (final disposal procedures) and/or recovery (final recovery procedures) •KBO 20 03 01 (mixed municipal waste) KBO 20 03 07 (bulky waste) KBO 20 03 99 (municipal waste that is not otherwise specified) and its disposal (final disposal procedures) •KBO 20 01 01 (paper and cardboard) KBO 20 01 40 (metals) handed over to an authorized collector in accordance with the Waste Management Act ("Official Gazette" no. 84/21, 142/23) and by-laws and other regulations of the Republic of Croatia and in accordance with the regulations of other countries, if applicable, which govern the said area (hereinafter: Waste Management Act).
