Tender Details

The subject of the contract is the provider's commitment to provide the customer with the services of the Central System for recording and evaluating working time, which is used to track data on the attendance of employees necessary for the processing of their wages in cooperation with other systems (hereinafter also "CSEVPČ"), namely:

a)uvbringing the CSEVPČ service into functional operation for the client's workplaces,

b) providing CSEVPČ services and standard technical support for the CSEVPČ service for the entire duration of the contract for the provision of services,

c) providing technical support for CSEVPČ - above flat-rate services in the scope of a maximum of 300 peopledays.

The public contracting authority currently uses 142 technical devices (physical reading units) for approximately 10, 000-12, 000 employees (the exact number changes monthly). A more detailed technical specification of the subject of the order is given in Appendix no. 4 to the contract on the provision of services, which forms Annex no. 2 of these tender documents.
