The subject of the order is the service of providing access to the Internet network provided within nodes in three different locations, divided into parts: Part I - Service of providing access to the Internet network provided within the 4DC node (Katowice) Part II - Service of providing access to the Internet network provided within LIM node (Warsaw) Part III - Internet access service provided to the SSPW-WL Dobrzaski node (Lublin)---------Concerns part I of the proceedings: I. The subject of the order is the service of providing access to the Internet provided within the 4DC Katowice.II node. The contractor will deliver the services to the ODF number or port number of the device indicated by the Ordering Party, where the Ordering Party will receive the service via single-mode fiber at the location: 4 Data Center - UE Katowice, building N, ul. Adamski 7, 40-069 Katowice.III. The scope of the order includes IP Transit Global supplies directly from the Tier 1 operator or Tier 2 or vlan to a Tier 1 operator.IV.
