Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is press publications devoted to the activities of the Marshal's Office of the Małopolska Voivodeship in small press titles published in at least one city or commune of the Małopolska Voivodeship (Module micro), including: reserving a date and space for individual publications and studies, i.e. composition of publications based on texts and/or graphic materials provided by the Ordering Party, and supervising their proper dissemination in period of the contract. 2. Expected maximum number of orders of ¼ page size: 178 publications throughout the duration of the contract. 3. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annex No. 1D to the SWZ and will be entered as an appendix No. 1 to the public procurement contract. 4. The terms and conditions of the contract are included in the draft provisions of the public procurement contract, which will be introduced into the public procurement contract - contract template, and are included in Annex No. 1C to the SWZ in scope (hereinafter referred to as the contract template). 5. The Ordering Party, in accordance with the instructions resulting from Art. 95 of the Act specifies that it does not require the employment of persons by a contractor or subcontractor on the basis of an employment relationship performing activities related to the execution of the order.
