The subject of the order is the service of preparing an opinion on the value of real estate in the form of 1 (one) appraisal report (2 copies of the report) aimed at determining the market value of the ownership right to developed land real estate, marked as plot no. 159 (building no. 0130 Jeowa Wola, sheet 82), 111/2, 111/11 (building no. 0130 Jeowa Wola, sheet 111) with a total area of ​​31, 450 m2, located at ul. Wielkopolska in Radom, recorded in the Land and Mortgage Code No. RA1R/00077518/8, for the purpose of its sale by the State Treasury under a non-tender procedure to perpetual usufructuary in accordance with the provisions of the Act of August 21, 1997 on real estate management (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2026, item 399).
