The subject of the order is the provision of post-warranty technical inspection services, diagnostics and repairs of blood separators/presses at Field Stations and the Medical Complex in Military Center for Blood Donation and Blood Treatment SPZOZ. 2. A detailed description of the service that is the subject of this procedure is included in the "Description of the subject of the order" constituting Annex No. 2 to the Draft Agreement constituting Annex No. 11 to the SWZ. This description should be read along with changes in the content of the SWZ, e.g. as a result of responses to contractors' inquiries. 3. The proceedings are conducted using the procedure referred to in Art. 139 of the Act. The Ordering Party will use the so-called reverse order evaluation, i.e. it will first examine and evaluate the offers, and then subjectively qualify the contractor whose offer was rated the highest in terms of the lack of grounds for exclusion and compliance with the conditions for participation in the procedure. 4.
