SERVICE OF TEMPORARY CONNECTION OF POWER FROM THE DIESEL-ELECTRICAL UNIT TO CONTAINERS INCLUDING THE CAMP IN THE MILITARY COMPLEX IN BIAŁA PODLASKA The subject of the order is the provision of a temporary connection service power supply from the diesel-electric unit to the containers included in the camp at the military complex in Biała Podlaska. The requirements and a detailed description of the subject of the contract are detailed in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ - Description of the Subject Orders and in Annex No. 6 to the SWZ - Draft provisions of the contract. The Ordering Party requires a mandatory on-site visit, detailed information is included in the SWZ, Chapter III. The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of partial offers. The ordering party did not divide it orders into parts because dividing the order into parts could result in inconsistency in the execution of the subject of the order and delay the completion date. The Ordering Party requires complete fulfillment of the quantities specified in the offer form. Ordering party does not provide for orders referred to in Art. 214 section 1 point 7 Public Procurement Law. The Ordering Party does not allow the possibility of submitting variant offers. The Ordering Party does not provide for the possibility of granting advance payments. The proceedings are not conducted with a purpose concluding a framework agreement.
