The City of Lappeenranta (Client, procurement unit) requests offers in accordance with this request for tenders and its attachments. The object of the procurement is training in accordance with Chapter 6, Section 53 and/or Chapter 7 of the Act on the Organization of Employment Services (380/2023) Workforce training. BACKGROUND OF THE ACQUISITION: Southeastern Finland's Vitality Center has granted the city of Lappeenranta/South Karelia employment area a grant for a sudden structural change situation. The purpose of the grant is to try to prevent the decline of the regional economy with various targeted and tailored employment, economic and regional development measures and other similar measures. The measures promote the creation of new jobs, the renewal of old jobs and employees rapid re-employment.
