Tender Details

The subject of the order is the organization of a meeting summarizing the implementation of the project entitled: "Building a system of coordination and monitoring of regional activities for vocational education, higher education and lifelong learning, including learning s and adults. As part of the ordered service, the Contractor will be responsible for organizing: 1) The working part, the rental of a workshop room for a maximum of 35 people for the purpose of organizing a meeting of the Provincial Coordination Team (WZK); 2) The conference part for which will consist of: renting a room for organizing a conference summarizing the project along with a stage needed to organize the awards gala, providing technical and organizational support for the entire meeting, providing emcee services and speaker services and purchase of conference/office materials. 3) Catering service under which the Contractor will provide a coffee and breakfast buffet during the working part and a coffee and breakfast buffet and lunch during the conference part. Maximum number of meeting participants 150 osb.
