Service for organizing and conducting training in the field HUMINT" within the project "Improving the MAI's ability to respond to current security challenges - ADAPTINT" - project code IS31A_06" The object of the acquisition is the awarding of a service contract with the object "Service of organization and conducting training in the field of HUMINT, with an estimated value of 1, 895, 727.11 lei without VAT. Note: Price estimates, number of services (accommodation, training, transport account, meals and coffee breaks) are calculated for a maximum duration of the course of 10 working days. According to the Financing Agreement transposed by the Specifications no. NS 2012907 of 17.04.2026, the need of the contracting authority is represented by the purchase of a course for organizing and conducting training in the field of HUMINT of minimum 5 working days - maximum 10 working days, for 67 specialists, organized in 4 series. If the offers of the economic operators will be set for a different number of days than the one set by the contracting authority, namely 10 (ten) days, purchase forms will reflect this aspect. Each type of Service is composed of 4 elements: Training Services, Accommodation Services, Catering Services and coffeebreak and the transport statement.
