Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the service of obtaining secondary raw materials from the dismantling of bulky waste streams at the Municipal Waste Disposal Plant RUDNO Sp. z o. o., Rudno 17 and their collection and management in recovery processes over the period of 12 months from the date of signing the contract.2. Secondary raw materials are to be obtained by dismantling large-size waste, using manual and/or mechanical tools owned by the Contractor and by the Contractor's employees. All costs (except loading waste during collection) related to the execution of the order is the responsibility of the Contractor. The Ordering Party informs that the bulky waste dismantling area is covered by a video monitoring system.3. A detailed description of the subject of the order is provided in Appendix No. 84. W As part of the order in question, the Ordering Party provides for the possibility of exercising the option right pursuant to Art. 441 section 1 of the Public Procurement Law by increasing the estimated amounts of waste to be collected and handled during the term of the contract, additionally by 560 Mg to be received and utilized.
