10_HVAC MAINTENANCE AND TROUBLESHOOTING_2026 - 1 The purpose of this service contract is: - Annual maintenance of HVAC installations; The contract holder is responsible for carrying out preventive and regulatory maintenance of all HVAC installations. belonging to the municipal administration of Molenbeek-Saint-Jean, in accordance with the manufacturers' specifications as well as the standards and regulations in force.
