The market relates to the production of plans and diagrams single-wire electrical reception systems, the details of the services to be carried out are included in the inventory in the annex to the special specifications. The market is divided into a firm tranche (370 housing units in QF) and a conditional tranche (980 housing units in QP). The market is divided into a firm tranche (370 housing units in QF) and a conditional tranche (980 housing units in QP). The firm phase includes services for drafting plans for housing part of the renovation plan. Execution of the conditional tranche is subject to a decision by the adjudicator brought to the attention of the successful bidder in accordance with the terms provided for in the contract documents. The absence of order from the conditional tranche will not give rise to compensation; the adjudicator having only committed to the firm tranche.
