Tender Details

The contract consists of the provision of services aimed at the appointment of a certifier responsible for producing a PEB certificate for existing housing according to the PEB certification procedure established by the Walloon region. These are single-family homes comprising several typologies of housing (houses with 2, 3 or 4 facades, different periods and construction processes, etc.). The sites are occupied by tenant households and are not currently undergoing renovation work. Visiting occupied housing will be announced by the certifier to tenants. In the event of unoccupied accommodation, the keys will be available to the technical service of Meuse Condroz Logement. The contact details of existing tenants will be given to the certifier. The service must include the following 2 phases: - Survey on the site, precise and careful examination and description. As a reminder, the contracting authority has graphic and alphanumeric information through the Housing Cadastre; - Operation and processing of the data collected: calculations of the latter in order to certify the energy level of the treated accommodation. The exact list of accommodation will be provided at the same time as the order as well as the telephone numbers of the tenants.
