The objectives of this tender are: - Selecting and contracting one contractor for a Service Management Tool (SMT), in keeping with the objectives of Hogeschool Leiden; - Recording clear agreements with the contracted supplier for the duration of the agreement. TheTender focuses on an SMT that supports both IT and facility management processes and thereby facilitates the following core processes of Hogeschool Leiden: - Reporting management (incl. Self Service Portal) - Change Management - Problem Management - Incident Management - Configuration Management- Knowledge Management - Visitor registration - Reservations management (incl.
