The General Hospital Oostende wishes to proceed to the acquisition of an advanced, user -friendly and future -oriented Service Management Software (SMS) tool. This tool will be used to support non-clinical care processes within various departments of the hospital, Including facility services, IT, technical service, logistics and other supporting units.
The intended solution must contribute to increased efficiency, quality improvement and cost control, with the aim of realizing uniform and transparent services within the organization. The aim is to make a central digital environment in which service requests, incident management, planning, documentation, communication and reporting run in a streamlined manner.
The software must be configurable tailored to the hospital and flexible enough to respond to the specific Processes, terminology and policy objectives of AZ Oostende. It is crucial that the tool is compatible with the IT Service Management (ISM) and Facility Service Management (FSM) framework, in order to ensure a standardized working method and continuous improvement.
AZ Oostende expected A modular solution that can be rolled out step by step in multiple departments, with attention to user -friendliness, reporting options, manageable integrations with existing systems.
