Tender Details
In 2019, Plitvička Jezera National Park introduced a system of online ticket purchases as part of the Visitor Management Action Plan, the aim of which is to ensure that visits do not damage the values of the National Park, which will enable the temporal distribution of visitors, control and limit the number of visitors whoenter the visiting system in a certain time interval and consequently avoid congestion of the system with the number of visitors greater than the capacity of the visiting system. In addition, it is possible to influence a more even distribution of visitors in the area through the revised visiting programs.
For these needsan integral system for the creation, control, sale and payment of tickets was developed, which consists of three subsystems, eTicketing as a central booking system for the creation, control and cancellation of tickets, then there is the Smart Communicator web shop that takes care of online sales, and the Internet Payment Gateway for ticket collection.
The subject of this purchase is the use, maintenance and upgrade of the INTEGRATED SYSTEM FOR CREATION, CONTROL, CANCELLATION, SALE AND COLLECTION OF TICKETS, which in 2023 had 1, 450, 467 sold tickets and more than 200, 000 payment transactions.
