Service of the information system of economic and personnel agendas The subject of performance is the provision of service services for an economic information system (EKIS) located in a cloud environment. Exact definition of the subject of the public contract and other requirements for it execution including information, conditions, specifications and other data are specified in detail in Annex No. 1 of the tender documentation. If in the procurement documentation (including its annexes) they are listed as part of determining the conditions of the properties of the subject of the public contract any references to specific names or technical solutions, to specific suppliers or products, to company trade names, specific designations of products, materials, technological procedures or units and supplies that apply to a specific entrepreneur, company or its organizational component, patents for inventions, utility models, industrial designs, trademarks or designations of origin, due to the fact that the contracting authority was otherwise unable to describe the defined part of the subject of the public contract using the given specifications in such a way that sufficiently accurate and comprehensible to all suppliers, these are always recommended solutions and only a definition of the expected standards of the products and materials used.
