SERVICE OF GRANTING A LONG-TERM LOAN TO FINANCING THE PLANNED BUDGET DEFICIT OF UP TO PLN 6, 350, 000. 3.1. The subject of the order is to grant a long-term loan up to PLN 6, 350, 000.00 to cover the deficit. budget and repayment of previously incurred credit and loan liabilities. 3.2. Duration of the contract until December 31, 2031. 3.3. The loan in question will be taken out in 2026 up to PLN 6, 350, 000.00. 3.4.The first principal installment will be repaid March 31, 2027, and the last installment will be repaid on December 31, 2031. 3.5. The Ordering Party will no longer be able to disburse the unused part of the loan after the loan disbursement deadline, i.e. after December 31, 2026. 3.6. The loan interest rate is WIBOR 1M as at preceding the interest day (the day before the start of the accounting period) + the Contractor's margin unchanged throughout the entire loan period. The interest rate is given and calculated annually. If no quotations have been determined on a given day the applicable WIBOR 1M rate is the rate from the day preceding its last quotation. If there are no quotations for the WIBOR 1M rate on a given day, the Contractor will use the rate from the previous day. 3.7.The first interest payment will be made quarterly i will take place on the last day of each quarter. 3.8.
