As part of the maintenance services, the Contractor will be obliged in particular to: 1. Ongoing operational support, including the performance of standard procedures provided by the Ordering Party. 2. Vehicle Infrastructure Service and FALA System Devices via: a. disassembly/assembly or repair of Vehicle Infrastructure elements that were damaged/worn/destroyed/theft replaced with functional or new ones. b. disassembly/installation of FALA System Devices that have been damaged/worn out/devastated/theft on downloaded from the Depository Warehouse. c. in the event of replacing a FALA System Device that is no longer suitable for further use (e.g. devastation) with a new device, the Contractor will dispose of it on its own and at its own expense, reporting the number to the Ordering Party serial number of the disposed device. Disposal will take place after obtaining the Ordering Party's approval. d.after each repair or replacement of a device in the vehicle, the Contractor will be obliged to verify the operation of the System devices vehicle, e.preparation of photographic documentation of existing damage/destruction/devastation of the devices that are the subject of the order before starting work. The Contractor will immediately send photo documentation together with a description of the event electronically to Ordering Party. The services will be provided in accordance with the document INNO_UIU_2024.04.03_Model for maintenance and operation of the PZUM_v2.10.docx system and other documentation presented in Chapter 8.
