The purpose of this assignment is to conduct wreckage surveys of three potentially environmentally hazardous wrecks on the Swedish West Coast. The investigations will be conducted to determine identity on the wreck, and to investigate the status of the wreck with the help of sonar and underwater vehicle (ROV). The wreck is to be filmed, as well asIf necessary, then photographed to determine identity on the wreck and be able to enable an assessment of the status of the wreck regarding, for example, corrosion. In addition, especially interesting details on the wrecks as holes or damage to the hull should be specially taken into account.
