Service that entails direct benefits to citizens called: EDUCATIONAL SERVICE OF THE E.I TACA TACA owned by the Majadahonda City Council. The Majadahonda City Council has signed a Collaboration Agreement with the Vice Presidency, Ministry of Education, Science and Universities of the Community of Madrid, for the operation of the municipally owned Schools attached to the Network of Nursery Schools of the Community of Madrid. Through this agreement, it is delegated to the Department of Education of the Majadahonda City Council with powers in matters of management of public educational services. Based on article 27.4 of Law 7/1985, of April 2, Regulating the Bases of the Local Regime, which states that “The Administration delegator may, to direct and control the exercise of the delegated services, issue general technical instructions and collect, at any time, information on municipal management, as well as send commissioners and formulate the pertinent requirements for correcting the observed deficiencies. […]”, the competent administrative bodies of the Community of Madrid collaborate in the preparation of the specifications that will govern the service contracts for the management of the Municipal Nursery Schools that are financed through the aforementioned agreements.
