The subject of the order is the service of developing a protection plan for the Knyszyńska Forest Landscape Park. prof. W. Sławiński as part of the strategic project of the Podlaskie Voivodeship entitled "Protection and restoration of biological and landscape diversity and ecosystem functions in the area Podlaskie Voivodeship using funding from the European Regional Development Fund under the European Funds for Podlaskie 2021-2027 Program. The protection plan for PKPK should be prepared on the basis of and in accordance with: 1) Art. 19 and 20 of the Act of 16 April 2004 on ochronie przyrody; 2) rozdz. 2, 4 and 7 of the Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of May 12, 2005 on preparing a draft protection plan for a national park, nature reserve and landscape park, making changes to this plan and protecting resources, creations and components of nature; 3) art. 39 of the Act of October 3, 2008 on the provision of information on the environment and its protection, public participation in environmental protection and on environmental impact assessments, and other legal acts and guidelines regarding the subject of the order valid on the date of receipt of the order.
