The subject of the order is the service of implementing the concept and functional and utility program along with equipment for investments carried out within the framework of civil protection and civil defense (OLiOC), including: 1) construction of an OLiOC warehouse; 2) construction of a collective protection facility (OZO) hiding;3) construction of a collective protection facility (multifunctional protective facility with rescue, social, cultural and educational functions).2.
