1. For the implementation of this work, the contractor must have the necessary licenses; 2. Develop a working project (RP) in accordance with regulatory documents (SHNN 1.03.01-08); 3. To coordinate the workers in the prescribed manner with all involved organizations; 4. Drive the examination of the worker project; 5. Project must take into account all the current norms and rules for laying fiber-optical cables; 6. Lack of work process must be observed in strict accordance with the work schedule and established terms; 7.
