The subject of the order is the servicing of debt collection and accounting software in the scope of the SYSTEmEG program for managing the Paid Parking Zone.2. The subject of the order includes the provision by the Contractor to the Ordering Party of: 1) maintenance services maintenance; 2) development services. The purpose of the maintenance service is to ensure the Ordering Party's uninterrupted operation of its SYSTEmEG software (SLA services), as well as to ensure the provision of other supporting services described in Annex A to the SWZ use of the software by the Ordering Party. The purpose of development services is to provide the Ordering Party with modifications and expansion of the Ordering Party's software, as well as to provide services supporting the use of the software by the Ordering Party.3.
