In this framework agreement, the Purchaser seeks participants for services for the correction of data for Utility Network and services for the correction of data in the Reykjavik Energy Land Information System (LUKOR). The purchaser intends to implement Utility Network from Esri. It is done by projecting the data from the existing geographic information system to the Utility Network. To do so, the current data must not contain any errors or incorrect entries. Correcting errors in LUKOR's data includes, among other things, adding missing data or correcting inconsistencies in registrations. All corrections are done via ArcMap. In this project, corrections must be made to the data for all utilities, i.e. electricity, heat, water and sewage.
