Tender Details

Description of the service: The object of the contract is the execution of musical workshops during the summer season, within the framework of the Alcarràs and Torres de Segre Environmental Education Plan (PMOE-PROA+). This tender derives from the Government agreement, GOV/91/2023, of April 18, and of the collaboration between the Administration of the Generalitat of Catalonia, through the Department of Education and the Town Council of Alcarràs and Torres de Segre for the environmental education plan, which means that it has the consideration of joint, according to article 31.2 of Law 9/2017, in which the procedure is administered by a single entity, in this case the Alcarràs City Council, on its own behalf and on behalf of the other interested entities.
