NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE
Neptune 3 Smoke Evacuator Preventative Maintenance
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 8, intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Stryker Sales, LLC to provide ProCare services for preventative maintenance on ten (10) existing Stryker Neptune 3 Rovers and two (2) Neptune 2 dockers at the Miami VA Medical Center. This procurement is being conducted in accordance FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency s requirements. The Contract is firm fixed price.
The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 811210 Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance with a Small Business Administration size standard of $34.0 million.

This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive proposals. No solicitations documents are available, and telephone requests will not be honored.
