The market consists of the provision of distribution services, recovery of containers to individual waste and replacement of electronic chips:
-Mission 1: Distribution of individual containers to be equipped with an electronic chip based on a listing sent by the Contracting Authority
-Mission 2: Recovery of one or more containers by address based on the listing transmitted by the Contracting Authority.
-Mission 3: Replacement of electronic chips based on a listing sent by the Contracting Authority
Services include:
-The recovery of old gray and green containers, the delivery of new gray containers, the placement of a new electronic chip on these and the placement of the postal address identification sticker on the new containers as well as on the delivery list;
-The removal of the old chip, the placement of a new electronic chip and the supply and installation of the address identification sticker postage on the container as well as on the delivery listing;
-Delivery of a container by postal address;
-The management and encoding of data relating to the chip number and postal addresses;
-Sending an information mailing to all post office boxes affected by these changes ;
-The establishment of a call center.
The contract only concerns the provision of the services described above and therefore does not concern the supply of different materials.
