Service contract relating to the establishment of small decentralized electricity production units using natural gas in the Walloon Region 1. General purpose of the notice This notice aims to inform the market, for purely forecast purposes and not binding, of the intention of the contracting authority to consider the development of one or more energy projects based on a DBFM (Design, Build, Finance, Maintain) model. 2. Indicative description of the project The project concerns the design, construction, financing and maintenance of natural gas power plants, with a unit power of between 20 and 25MW, using fast-start gas turbine technology (aero-derivative / turbojet type) or gas engine. DESCRIPTION FORECAST As an indication, the project could include: •up to four (4) distinct sites in the Walloon Region; •natural gas-fired electricity production units of between 20 and 25 MW each; •a connection to existing electricity networks; •A DBFM contract relating to: ola design and engineering, ola construction, ole financing, ola maintenance and technical operation over an indicative period of 15 years. The scope, technical requirements and contractual terms will be defined only in the context of a possible procurement procedure.
