Description of the service: The object of the contract is the operation of the bar cafeteria of the municipal swimming pools, maintenance of its facilities so that they are properly preserved and the acquisition, storage and sale of groceries and drinks. The contractor must undertake the operation independently and at his own risk and opportunity, in all aspects or issues that arise as a result of the operation of said establishment. The contract satisfies the administrative need of allow the operation of this sports facility and, therefore, the leisure and swimming of the residents during the summer months.
