This contract is a mixed contract within the meaning of article 20 paragraphs 1 and 2° of the law of June 17, 2016. Under said article 20 of the law, the main contract being a service contract, the provisions applicable to this type of contract will be of applications to this special specification. The object of the contract is the provision of services relating to the preventive and corrective maintenance of the equipment of the 4 ambient air quality monitoring stations around the Walloon airports of Liège and Charleroi. Description of the services to be performed: the aim of the contract is to guarantee the quality of measurements, maximum data entry with a view, among other things, to informing the public in order to meet the requirements of European Directives 2004/107/EC and 2008/50/EC. Properly executed regular preventive and corrective maintenance, as well as additional maintenance, should achieve these goals.
