O4.04.01-25-8538 - 1 O4.04.01-25-8538 - 2 The object of the contract is the provision of services relating to the development of a single residential PEB method for new and existing buildings. The market is made up of 2 distinct and complementary lots. In As part of the execution of the contract, the service provider for lots 1 and 2 may be required to interact from time to time with administrations, organizations or experts from other Regions or at the federal level. Description of services to be performed for Lot 1: Management operational aspects of the project, coordination and consultation with stakeholders The service provider will ensure the overall, logistical and administrative management of the project, as well as leading consultations with key stakeholders, in order to guarantee the good coordination of work and adherence to developments in the PEB method. · Services to be performed: · Organization, animation and monitoring of coordination and consultation meetings, with distribution of reports. · Identification, in consultation with the Walloon administration and the Lot 2 service provider, key stakeholders (authorities, professionals, experts) and maintaining regular and transparent communication. · Implementation of participatory methods to collect and integrate information opinion, ensuring consensus on the proposed changes, from the award of the contract as part of the continuity of the GT PEB1. · Coordination of activities, deliverables and exchanges...
