The service contract involves carrying out a complete diagnosis of the provincial real estate assets of the following sites: Provincial School of Agronomy and Sciences of Ciney (EPASC) Provincial School of Livestock and Horse Riding of Gesves (EPEEG) Provincial Campus (CAMPUS) House Administrative of the Province of Namur (MAP) - Haute Ecole de la Province de Namur (HEPN) and the development of an integrated strategy for prioritization, planning and programming of interventions (renovation, compliance, energy performance, heritage conservation, maintenance preventive etc…). This market will also include an analysis of the Museum of Ancient Arts for which a project authorship market is planned in parallel with this mission. The project author's mission will be to carry out a complete building renovation project.
