Description
The Facility for Biotechnology Resources (FBR) of the Center for Biologics Evaluationand Research (CBER) provides an array of services, including peptide synthesis/characterization and MS-based protein identification, quantification, and posttranslationalanalysis.
FBR uses a Bruker Microflex mass spectrometer (MS) to ensure high quality peptides areaccurately synthesized. The MS is also used for proteomic services to support theresearch endeavors of FDA scientists. The MS is utilized daily, thus maintaining thesystem at a good working condition is critical for our operation.
This requirement is for a service contract for maintenance and/or repairs of the MS andaccessories.
