1. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ - Description of the subject orders with attachments (OPZ). 2. The subject of the contract is the service of successive management, through recovery, of waste with code 19 12 12 - other waste (including mixed substances and objects) from mechanical waste treatment other than those mentioned in 19 12 11, originating from the processing of bulky waste. The service includes: 1) acceptance and transport, possible collection (as part of the waste management logistics by the contractor), as well as management through recovery of waste fractions coded 19 12 12, 2) services provided for the above-mentioned. fraction waste in an amount not exceeding 2, 000 Mg in the period from the date of conclusion of the contract to December 31, 2026 or until the maximum value of the contract is reached. The Ordering Party guarantees the execution of the order at a minimum level of 20% of the order waste volume.
