The subject of the order is: "Service consisting in providing prizes - stay vouchers" implemented as part of the non-competitive project entitled: "Social balance" under the program European Funds for Social Development 2021-2027 co-financed by the European Social Fund Plus, Measure 04.13 High-quality social inclusion system. 2. The subject of the order has not been divided into parts because it constitutes one comprehensive service consisting in the provision of prizes - stay vouchers, including the organization and implementation of accommodation services along with accompanying services, such as meals, access to hotel infrastructure and service for participants. The ordering party, analyzing the subject of the contract, decided that it is inappropriate to make such a division because for organizational and technical reasons it creates an inseparable whole, and its division could lead to organizational difficulties and lack of coherence. concept and the potential dilution of executive responsibility between different entities.
