"Service of connecting the CPD of the National Health Fund Headquarters and the Provincial Branches of the National Health Fund with a wide area network (WAN) and providing Internet access with anti-DDoS protection." 1. The subject of the order is the "Service of connecting the CPD of the NFZ Headquarters and the Provincial Branches of the NFZ with a wide network WAN and providing Internet access with anti-DDoS protection. 1) Launching the CPD connection of the NFZ Headquarters and NFZ Provincial Branches via the WAN wide area network and launching the Internet connection with anti-DDoS protection must take place on May 28, 2026, and if it would not be possible to launch the connection within this period, it should take place no later than 12 weeks from the date of conclusion of the Agreement. 2) Maintaining the CPD connection of the NFZ Headquarters and NFZ Provincial Branches with the WAN wide area network and providing Internet access with anti-DDoS protection for a period of 36 months from the date of service launch indicated in the acceptance protocol. 2. The description of the subject of the order is included in Annex No. 1 to the Specification. 3. The method of order fulfillment is determined by the project contract constituting Annex No. 2 to the Specification. 4. The Ordering Party does not envisage awarding contracts pursuant to Art. 214 section 1 point 7 of the Public Procurement Law. 1.
