Subject: Semmaris is the company responsible for the management and development of the Rungis international market, by Decree NO 65325 of April 27, 1965 as well as by Article 199 of Law NO 2015990 of August 6, 2015 for the growth, activity and equality of Economic Opportunities. Thus, It Ensures The Development, Management And Modernization Of Market Infrastructures In A Logic Of Sustainable Innovation And Performance Economic. A first NGV station was set up in 2017, then a green hydrogen station in 2018. The latter have recently been closed. Semmaris wishes to take up this approach and develop the establishment of hydrogen stations within the Rungis International Market. In this context, two sites were selected following a feasibility study: - Lot 1: Ovimpex parking lot: the former Ovimpex parking lot along the circular boulevard in the dairy and poultry products sector, on a right-of-way On a floor area of ​​approximately 2, 115 m², Lot 2: Pondorly: The Pondorly site of the Rungis International Market (Hotel Zone) with direct access to the A106 (entrance and exit), on a floor area of ​​approximately 1, 225 m². Thus, the Future Operator will be in charge of Design, construction, operation and management, at its own expense, of a hydrogen vehicle recharging station. The concession holder will have to finance all the works and equipment necessary for the production of hydrogen.
