SEMMARIS is the company responsible for the management and development of the Rungis International Market, by decree n° 65-325 of April 27, 1965 as well as by article 199 of law n° 2015-990 of August 6, 2015 for the growth, activity and equality of economic opportunities. Article 34 of Ioi No. 2025-268 of March 24, 2025 on orientation for food sovereignty and generational renewal in agriculture modified article 199 of Law No. 2015-990 of August 6, 2015 for growth, activity and equal economic opportunities by extending the mission of SEMMARIS until December 31, 2068. Thus, it ensures the development, management and modernization of market infrastructures in a logic of sustainable innovation and economic performance. A first NGV station was set up in 2017, then a green hydrogen station in 2018. The latter have recently closed. SEMMARIS wishes to resume this approach and develop the establishment of stations hydrogens within the Rungis International Market. In this context, two sites were selected following a feasibility study: - Lot 1: Ovimpex parking lot - The former Ovimpex parking lot along the circular boulevard in the Dairy Products and Poultry, on a footprint of approximately 2, 115 m², - Lot 2: Pondorly - The Pondorly site of the Rungis International Market (hotel zone) with direct access to the A106 (entrance and exit), on a footprint of 1, 225 ...
