Service concession relating to the design, construction and operation of a DATACENTER on land within the Rungis International Market The Rungis International Market, the largest agri-food market in the world, is looking for a concessionaire to design, build and operate a DATACENTER within the Rungis International Market. This project contributes to the sovereignty objective of the RUNGIS MIN and the security of its data. It also helps strengthen its position as world leader in the agri-food sector by providing cutting-edge infrastructure to companies in the Rungis Market ecosystem. SEMMARIS has already had the capacity of the site to be electrically connected for a power of 55 MW electric. The Technical and Financial Proposal (PTF) was sent by RTE to SEMMARIS. Depending on the results of this consultation, SEMMARIS will give its agreement to launch the studies and then the electrical connection work. THE Electrical connection may be made available at the end of 2030. The DATACENTER will occupy a plot of land with a surface area of 25, 000 m². Feasibility studies demonstrate constructability of 11, 500 m² SDP. The site does not present specific regulatory and administrative constraints.
