Tender Details

The City entrusts the Concessionaire, under the contract subject to this consultation, with the provision, installation, upkeep, maintenance and operation of advertising and non-advertising street furniture elements. The two lots of concession contract involve the deployment of several types of furniture, as referenced in article 5.4 of the draft contract, as well as certain so-called associated services. It should also be specified that the City may request, for the two lots, in the absence of application of the review clause included in this document, the installation of additional furniture and/or services in accordance with the provisions of the unit price schedule, included in appendix 4 of the project of contract
