The concessionaire will be responsible for the operation of all the activities of the casino in the premises of the current game establishment, private ownership, at its own risk, and to ensure current maintenance of premises and maintenance charges, including the renewal of affected equipmentto the activities of the casino.
It is recalled that a casino is an establishment comprising three separate activities: animation, catering and play, gathered under a single direction, without the game and the animations being able to be strengthened.
The next contract must take effect, for aEighteen years, from the date of obtaining the authorization of games, i.e. on May 1, 2026, on a provisional basis.
The Casino has an area of approximately 13, 400 m2 (covered areas) and approximately 1984 m2 (not covered areas). It has two restaurants (80 and 65 covers), a reception lounge(with a capacity of 568 seats), two bars, a theater (400 places operated), a table show on table (32 authorized game tables), two slot machine rooms (292 operated machines), an electronic game room (92 operated stations), a cinema (658 places)
