Service of collection, transport and management of waste resulting from mechanical segregation with code 19 12 12 1) The subject of the order is the collection, transport and management of waste resulting from mechanical segregation with code 19 12 12 - Other waste (including mixed substances and objects) from mechanical waste treatment other than those mentioned in 19 12 11, in a total amount of up to 1, 200.00 Mg/18 months (waste resulting from sorting selective waste). It is estimated that approximately 50-100 Mg/1-month. 2) The Ordering Party reserves that the provisions specified in Chapter IV section 2 points 1) the quantities are indicative, illustrating the possible size of the scope of the subject of the order and may be changed depending on the needs of the Ordering Party, however the minimum amount of waste transferred will be 800.00 Mg/18 months. In the case of waste collection in quantities smaller than those specified in Chapter IV, section 2 points 1) The contractor is not entitled to any claims. 3) Waste generated in the mechanical process segregation of municipal waste constituting the oversize fraction. Secondary raw materials were separated from this waste, i.e. glass, metals, pet, paper, cardboard, etc. 4) The waste is stored in an open, uncovered area, unbaled. 5) Ordering Party informs that, based on the collected data, on average a waste transporting vehicle can load approximately 12 Mg of waste.
