1. The subject of the order is the service of collection, transport and management of calorific waste originating from the mechanical treatment of waste generated at the Plant in Wola Suchożebrska, ul. Sokołowska 2, i.e.:
1) waste with code ex 19 12 12 - other waste (including mixed substances and objects) afteroriginating from the mechanical processing of waste other than those listed in 19 12 11 component for the production of alternative fuel (RDF) through their recovery in the process listed in Annex 1 (including the R12 process) to the Waste Act or recycling
2) waste with code 19 12/04 plastics and rubberponent for the production of alternative fuel (RDF) through their recovery in the process listed in Annex 1 (including the R12 process) to the Waste Act or recycling
