Development of the Responsabilizate program, broken down into three lots: Lot 1. Recruitment, diagnosis, training, action plan, implementation and renewal of the seal; Lot 2. Creation of network between participants and communication plan; Lot 3. Diagnosis, advice and planning of organizational well-being in Galician SMEs. The Responsabilízate program aims to advise small and medium-sized Galician companies on Corporate Social Responsibility, also including the advice for the application of measures to promote equal opportunities and promoting female talent. Therefore, the Galician business community will be offered a tutoring service for the diagnosis, training and implementation of plans in the field of CSR and equality. The purpose of this contract is to guarantee and have an entity to carry out management, training and tutoring activities in CSR, focused on four basic aspects: •Orientation, capture and diagnosis or analysis of the state and potential of CSR in Galician SMEs. •Action that will consist of accompanying the definition of an action plan, implementation and monitoring of CSR actions, as well as the renewal of the program seal for those companies that had previously obtained it. •Creation of a network of participating companies and communication plans through a specific website and maintenance of the program seal. •Design, development...
